Advice on Marketing Materials for College Recruitment

GOAL for this session - I would like help/advice on creating a hero image to use in recruiting materials. I teach in an award-winning, nationally-accredited health science/public health education program at a Midwest public university. We had a marketing director who quit, but left us with a marketing plan outline to recruit prospective students to our program - but no staff/resources. With enrollment declines at my school and nationally, I wish to use print/digital/web materials to market the program. I have all of the information about our program, careers in the major, what prospective students/parents need and want to know, etc. Thank you for your time and consideration.
