We need a volunteer to advise us on how to best develop a concise, practical framework for sequencing our strategic plan: which initiatives to start first, what can run in parallel, and what should be postponed. The volunteer should consider our mission, staff capacity versus external support needs, help us with how to balance the five priority areas (research, advocacy, community, operations, development), and how to incorporate high-level budgeting and contingency considerations.
