Tactical Marketing Advice

We would appreciate advice to identify and prioritize marketing tactics to help increase awareness of our family podcast and Substack newsletter, through our social channels, PR opportunities via traditional media or other podcast, etc. We have no marketing staff and limited resources, so we're hoping to narrow in on a few specific and impactful actions.

For background: Our nonprofit, ChopChop Family, has been creating content (magazines, books, activity cards, newsletters and most recently a podcast) for 15 years to teach and encourage kids to cook food with their families. Due to federal funding cuts, we've lost our bulk sales channel that delivered magazines to 600+K kids, and we want to continue to grow our listenership/individual subscribers to reach more families and help us gain sponsorships to continue our work.
