Our organization has multiple event types and revenue streams in development, but as a new nonprofit with limited data, we need guidance on where to focus. This session will help us evaluate current opportunities, identify which streams and events to prioritize, and discuss strategies for audience engagement without monetizing too soon.

We are seeking expert insights on balancing growth with mission alignment, validating ideas with our audience, and determining which partnerships and events offer the greatest potential impact.
