We need a volunteer to help us clarify expectations and policy around PTO, availability for in-person work vs virtual work, and how to handle coverage for classes, tabling, and events. The volunteer should discuss or recommend practical policies for PTO, policy language, and perhaps scheduling guidelines, and advise whether job descriptions or calendar norms for time off and in person work need updating. Details about current practices and recent conflicts will be provided during the session.
