Revenue Diversification Prioritization

We are seeking an outside perspective on how to prioritize revenue options over the next 6-12 months, including government grants, private foundations, and earned income opportunities.

Peacemakers’ Alliance has historically relied on government and institutional grants, and we are now exploring how to build a more sustainable funding mix. We would especially appreciate guidance on how to position or monetize a new social-emotional learning (SEL) deck pilot for youth and families.

During the session, we’d like help thinking through realistic funding priorities for our stage, possible opportunities we may be overlooking, and any gaps we should address before pursuing new revenue streams.
