We've noticed a drop in event attendance in the last year, so I'm looking to brainstorm with someone on some ideas that can bring more people in. We're the local Pride organization, and historically, we've done drag bingo nights as a combination fundraiser and community building. But, other local businesses have started doing bingo nights, which has taken away the novelty, so I'm looking for a few solid ideas that I can bring to my board as alternatives that could still incorporate our local drag performers, still be fun events to attend, and hopefully still make a little money.
