About the Opportunity

I need help troubleshooting an issue I am having activating Google Workspace for Nonprofits. I am working with the community association IT support and have Admin rights, but after the 14-day trial, I received a message to activate the account, which I thought I already did. I'm in a bit of a loop right now.
