About the Opportunity

We need a volunteer to review our current organizational structure and recommend governance practices and operational systems to help maintain federal and Texas nonprofit compliance. The volunteer should identify key policies, recordkeeping practices, reporting schedules, and internal controls we should have in place and suggest how to prioritize next steps. Details about our existing documents and processes will be provided during the session.
