Help Improving RoundUp and GiveFreely Participation

We are looking for help with two active fundraising campaigns: the Roundup platform that allows people to link their credit card to round up purchases and donate the change to our nonprofit, and the GiveFreely chrome extension that automatically donates a portion of the user's online purchases to us. We are looking for someone to help diagnose likely reasons participation and sign-ups are low and recommend practical, testable improvements to messaging, sign-up flows, outreach channels, and tracking. Current copy and metrics will be provided; details will be discussed in the session.

Organization Mission

We Are Neutral is an environmental nonprofit that helps businesses and individuals understand, track, reduce, and offset their comprehensive environmental footprints, giving them the opportunity to take responsibility for their environmental impact to work towards environmental (carbon) neutrality. We emphasize comprehensive environmental footprint calculations, industry accountability, and environmental education. Donations support carbon reduction projects, environmental education, and fierce environmental policy advocacy. We take pride in an accessible yet bold approach to restoring balance to our planet.
