Strategic Planning for GEN’s Growth and Capacity Building

Global Empowerment Network, Inc. (GEN) is a growing nonprofit working in education, legal support, and charitable initiatives in the United States and internationally. As our programs expand, we have several organizational priorities, including program development, fundraising, communications, volunteer capacity, and organizational growth.

During this 60-minute session, I would like to discuss how GEN can prioritize these needs and develop a practical strategy for its next stage of growth. I am particularly interested in identifying which areas should be addressed first, which needs are appropriate for future pro bono projects, and how we can build stronger organizational capacity with limited resources.
