Curriculum and Kit Pricing Strategy - STEM Education Nonprofit

We need a volunteer to review our current pricing structure and cost drivers and provide high-level recommendations in a 60-minute session. Focus areas: challenges of separating curriculum licenses from consumable kits, pricing frameworks to cover rising cost of goods sold, ideas for multi-year package incentives, and messaging to help administrators accept recurring consumable costs. Specific margin targets and contract terms can be discussed during the session. Conversation may help organization scope larger Taproot Plus Project.
