About the Opportunity

One Positive Thing in Kiana (OPT- In Kiana) is a non- profit going on our 13th year in operation. I like to explore Project Management as we are proposing a regional OPT-In Northwest Arctic plan. I have goals, stages and resolutions / interest from most of the other 10 communities in our region. I am looking for advice on presenting the structure and guidance in best management of the project. OPT-In Kiana is the only non-profit. We have conducted Outreach to other communities and have had many inquiries. Other Communities attended a Virtual Youth Conference we presented and/or have since expressed interest in having a 'chapter' in their community. I am working on multiple multi-year (5 years) grants, and this structure will help me organize my head around it as well as organize our proposals better. Our priority goal is What are our options for structuring a regional network with a chapter in each community?
