Website Improvement Planning Session

We are looking for a consultant to help us plan out how to make our website more professional and fleshed out for our organization. We would like to 1) decide what features to add to the website to have less blank space (graphics, photos, etc), and 2) develop a game plan to tackle what we are looking to change in our website, including how many people will be needed to implement the changes, and with what skillsets (graphic designer vs UX developer).
