HR Solutions for Small Organizations

We need a volunteer to help us evaluate HR solutions for a small nonprofit. Specifically, we want guidance on (1) which HR approach—outsourced HR/provider, a basic HRIS, or manual processes—best fits a small therapeutic services nonprofit, and (2) specific platform or vendor recommendations to explore. This request is prompted by growing HR tasks at Lake Pointe Resource Center Inc. We want to leave with a clear recommendation of the best approach and a shortlist of 2–3 solutions to evaluate next.
