Attorney Directory Market Assessment

We need a volunteer to assess whether medical malpractice law firms would find enough value in paying a monthly fee to be listed in our directory and to recommend how best to approach those firms. Specifically: 1) Recommend whether a monthly-fee listing model is likely marketable to malpractice firms and why. 2) Advise on the most compelling features or pricing structure we should test to attract firms. 3) Propose a practical outreach approach and messaging channels to initiate conversations with prospective law firms. We are exploring a new revenue stream and want to walk away with a clear go/no-go recommendation, suggested pricing/features to pilot, and 1–3 outreach tactics and messaging angles to try. Ideally the volunteer has experience marketing to law firms or working with attorney audiences.
