Fundraising and grant-readiness strategy for essential-needs programs

Henry Community Services is a Chicago 501(c)(3) providing food, clothing, furniture, housing-related resources, mentorship and seasonal support. We seek a one-hour consultation to prioritize a practical fundraising and grant-readiness plan for our essential-needs and housing-stability work. We would like advice on choosing realistic foundation, corporate and individual-donor opportunities; organizing a grant calendar and reusable application materials; and presenting program outcomes and funding needs clearly. We hope to leave with three priority actions for the next 90 days and a recommended scope for a future volunteer project. This request is for planning advice, not a promise of funding or ongoing grant-writing services.

Henry Community Services provides food, clothing, furniture, housing-related resources, mentorship and seasonal support to individuals and families facing economic hardship. We help Chicago-area residents meet essential needs, strengthen housing stability and access community resources.
