Homeless Remedies, Inc. is a nonprofit organization supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability through workforce development and pathways toward long-term stability. As we prepare to pursue larger contracts and expand our community impact, we want to ensure our organizational structure and internal capacity can support that growth. Our long-term vision includes establishing transitional housing.
During this consultation, we would welcome help identifying the most important steps to take over the next six to twelve months. Specifically, we would like to discuss strengthening board engagement and recruiting a board member with fundraising and development expertise; prioritizing volunteer and administrative support roles; and identifying the internal processes needed to prepare for larger contracts.
We are seeking an outside perspective on where to begin, how to sequence these priorities, and what can realistically be accomplished with our current capacity. Our goal for the 60-minute session is to identify three immediate priorities and outline next steps, including any needs that could become a longer-term pro bono project.
