About Tulsa Period Pantry
Tulsa Period Pantry Foundation is an Oklahoma nonprofit working to end period poverty through period product distribution, reusable period product initiatives, and menstrual education programs. We partner with schools and youth serving organizations to help ensure access to period products and menstrual education.
What We Need Help With
We are developing a creative initiative connected to our mission and would love an experienced marketing professional's perspective on its potential.
We have an early stage concept that we believe could help us engage audiences, spark conversations, and make our work more memorable. Before moving forward, we want to step back and consider how best to position the idea, who it might resonate with, and how we could introduce it in a way that supports our mission.
Because the concept is still in development, we are keeping some details private at this stage. We are looking for someone who enjoys creative brainstorming, sees opportunities others might miss, and can help us think strategically before we invest in execution.
What We Hope to Accomplish During the Consultation
During this one hour session, we would love to explore:
Positioning: How can we communicate a creative concept in a way that is memorable and connected to our mission?
Audience: Who might connect with the idea, and what would make it meaningful to them?
Marketing opportunities: How could a creative initiative support awareness, engagement, education, or supporter relationships?
Promotion: What channels or approaches might help us introduce the idea effectively?
Next steps: What should we consider before launching, and what would success look like?
We welcome honest feedback, fresh perspectives, and practical ideas. We are looking for strategic guidance, not a full campaign or execution plan.
Ideal Volunteer
We would love to connect with a marketing professional who has experience in brand strategy, creative campaigns, audience engagement, storytelling, or social media marketing.
Experience with nonprofits, cause marketing, educational initiatives, or making sensitive topics more approachable would be especially helpful.
Desired Outcome
We hope to leave the session with a clearer understanding of the initiative's marketing potential, ideas for positioning and promotion, and practical next steps to help us decide how to move forward.
