Prioritizing Next Steps for a Founder-Led Nonprofit

I am the founder and executive director of Love in Action Foundation, a Connecticut 501(c)(3) nonprofit and approved DDS Qualified Service Provider serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

I currently manage every aspect of the organization, including administration, finances, fundraising, grants, compliance, program development, and hiring, while also working full-time providing one-to-one direct services to an individual.

I am seeking guidance from an experienced nonprofit executive director or nonprofit management professional who can help me establish a clear, realistic plan for managing and growing the organization sustainably.

During this 60-minute consultation, I would like assistance identifying my most urgent organizational priorities, determining which responsibilities need immediate attention, and developing an initial action plan to address financial management, board governance, fundraising, staffing, and operational systems.

I would also appreciate recommendations for obtaining ongoing mentorship and additional pro bono professional support.

My goal is to leave this consultation with a manageable, prioritized action plan and a clearer understanding of the next steps needed to strengthen Love in Action Foundation.
