At Taproot, we are fueled by a core purpose—to drive positive social change. On the historic day of Juneteenth, a holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States, we especially want to recognize and amplify the nonprofits that strive for racial justice. To honor the holiday, we close our office, so our team can get involved in their communities—and encourage others to do the same.
By recognizing Juneteenth with a day of volunteering, we can both invest in our communities and boost the voices of key nonprofits.
These organizations deserve the support they need—whether that means donations, hands-on and client-facing volunteers, or volunteers who can share their professional skills to bolster and propel their work forward.
