National Volunteer Week is Around the Corner—Is Your Nonprofit Ready?

April 16-22 is National Volunteer Week, a time to celebrate the impact of volunteers in our communities. It’s also a time volunteers are ready to help nonprofits—like yours!

This year, Taproot isn’t just celebrating volunteer service—we’re out to make even more of an impact. During National Volunteer Week, you’re invited to join us as Taproot connects over 200+ incredible social causes with talented virtual volunteers.

So, how can your organization take advantage of the volunteers ready and willing during National Volunteer Week?

Taproot has just the answer! Your organization can request an unlimited number of one-hour consultation Sessions or in-depth Projects on our volunteer match-making platform Taproot Plus to tackle those critical items on your to-do list. Our volunteer community members are highly skilled in areas like operations, finance, marketing, HR, data, strategy, and tech, and want to make a difference alongside your team.

How to find your skilled volunteer(s):

  1. Simply register or log in to on Taproot Plus for nonprofits.
  2. Click on “Submit Request”
  3. You can pick between a long-term Project or a 60-minute consultation Session
  4. Remember to submit your request before April 16
