Made for Freedom Foundation is the nonprofit arm of Made for Freedom LLC. The LLC has made in-kind donations of bracelets to the nonprofit to be offered as a gift with a $25 donation. We need clear guidance on how that transfer should be treated — specifically the tax ramifications the nonprofit and the correct way to record the transaction for tax and accounting purposes.

We are looking for a volunteer with Accounting and Tax expertise (CPA or experienced tax accountant) to advise our team. The volunteer will:
- Explain the tax and accounting treatment for the nonprofit when receiving and distributing donated bracelets as gifts with donation, including how to value the gift for contribution receipting, acknowledgement requirements for donors, and any tax consequences for the nonprofit.
- Provide examples showing how to record the donation and the subsequent distribution/fulfillment, plus a brief documentation checklist the nonprofit should retain for tax records.
