We need to complete our annual report to clearly communicate our work and impact. We are seeking advice on what content to include and best practices for presenting our impact and financial highlights so the report effectively conveys our work advancing the mental health and wellbeing of young children in the Bay Area.
We are looking for a volunteer with Graphic Design expertise to design, copy-edit as needed, and produce a polished 10–12 page PDF annual report and to advise our team on how to communicate impact. The volunteer will:- Produce a recommended content outline and messaging guidance for the report that lists sections and recommends what to include in each (including an executive summary, two program spotlights, and financial highlights)- Draft or edit the executive summary and the two program spotlight narratives provided by our team, producing final text ready for layout- Design and layout a 10–12 page print-ready PDF that incorporates the final text and financial highlights into a cohesive visual format
