We need help setting up our Google Ads account to generate leads for our programs. Our account is not currently configured with search campaigns, ad group structure, keyword lists, or conversion tracking, and we need support to establish a functional lead-generation setup.

We are looking for a volunteer with Google Ads expertise to configure our Google Ads Grant account and implement conversion tracking to support lead generation.

The volunteer will:
- Set up and configure our Google Ads account so it is ready to run campaigns, including primary account settings.
- Create three Search campaigns and configure each campaign's basic settings.
- Create ad groups inside each campaign and populate them with targeted keyword lists.
- Implement and verify conversion tracking for lead generation (for example, form submissions or contact clicks) so conversions record correctly.

The Manns Horne Youth Foundation provides grants for enrichment programs, camps, and sports for underserved youth—helping them build confidence, discover new skills, stay engaged, and gain the tools they need to succeed in school and reach their full potential.
