We need a volunteer to help us optimize our Google Ad Grants account so we can consistently use the full $10,000 monthly grant. Specifically, we want practical guidance on campaign and account-level changes—structure, eligible keywords, and bidding approaches that comply with Grants policy—and a prioritized set of first steps. We are requesting help because we currently do not fully spend the monthly grant; we want to walk away with a clear, prioritized plan of specific actions we can implement immediately to increase legitimate spend while maintaining compliance.
