Fulminare Global USA is building a professional U.S. fundraising program and is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to help us create the structure required for long-term donor growth.
We already have nonprofit, digital-giving, workplace-giving, donor-management, and international program infrastructure. Our primary gap is experienced U.S. fundraising strategy and relationship development.
We want to move beyond simply being listed on giving platforms and develop a disciplined pipeline of individual donors, major-gift prospects, foundations, corporations, and other philanthropic partners.
We are seeking a consultant with experience in major gifts, individual giving, foundation fundraising, corporate philanthropy, donor cultivation, campaign strategy, or nonprofit development leadership.
The consultant will work directly with our Founder and leadership team. Our operations team can support research, CRM administration, scheduling, program documentation, and follow-up.
We are especially interested in a professional who can help us determine which donor segments to prioritize, how to approach and cultivate qualified prospects, how to prepare for major-gift conversations, and how to build a repeatable fundraising process.
We want practical implementation guidance—not a generic fundraising report.

By the end of this project, the consultant will deliver a practical U.S. Fundraising & Major Gifts Playbook for Fulminare Global USA.
The final deliverables should include:
• A 12-month fundraising strategy and recommended priorities
• Definition of our highest-potential donor and funder segments
• A prospect qualification and prioritization framework
• Major-gift pipeline and donor portfolio structure
• Donor cultivation and moves-management process
• Recommendations for individual, corporate, foundation, DAF, and workplace-giving outreach
• A donor outreach and meeting strategy
• Major-gift solicitation preparation framework
• Case-for-Support recommendations and key fundraising messages
• Stewardship and donor-retention recommendations
• Suggested fundraising KPIs and dashboard metrics
• A 30/60/90-day implementation roadmap

We would also value hands-on review of several initial prospects or campaign opportunities so our team can immediately begin implementing the strategy.
