My goal for this session is to get professional project planning and setup guidance for launching the official social media presence (Facebook and Instagram) for my new mental health nonprofit, For M & K. I am currently working with other volunteers to finalize our logo and web layout, but I currently have zero active social media accounts. During our 60 minutes together, I need the volunteer to help me plan the best way to set up these profiles from scratch. Specifically, I am looking for guidance on professional best practices for securing unified usernames, cleanly linking the accounts to our new website, and structuring our very first official launch posts to introduce our mission to the community. Having this clear roadmap will ensure our digital footprint looks trustworthy, cohesive, and professional from day one.

Organization Mission

The mission of For M & K is to improve local mental health awareness, provide supportive community resources, and break the stigma surrounding mental health struggles in Fresno and the surrounding Central Valley. We aim to uplift individuals and families by ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported on their wellness journeys.
