The challenge we would like to address is that Hope Paws Support Fund needs expert assistance to use our existing Google Ad Grants account effectively. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports dogs in need through emergency veterinary care funding, rescue grants, transportation assistance, and adoption support.

We need help reviewing our current account, identifying issues and missed opportunities, and improving our campaigns so they reach people who are likely to support our mission.

As a 100% volunteer-led nonprofit with limited financial resources, we do not have an in-house digital marketing specialist. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads professional who can provide hands-on guidance and help us build a sustainable advertising strategy.

By the end of this project, the consultant will deliver:

1. A review of our existing Google Ad Grants account, campaigns, and settings, with identified issues and recommendations.
2. An optimized campaign structure and keyword strategy aligned with our nonprofit's mission and goals.
3. Recommendations for improving ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to attract donors, volunteers, and rescue partners.
4. A review of conversion tracking, including recommendations for measuring meaningful actions such as donations and volunteer or rescue partner inquiries.
5. A prioritized action plan with practical instructions for implementing and maintaining the improvements.

Success means having a clear, actionable strategy and an improved Google Ad Grants account that our volunteer team can manage with confidence and use to increase awareness, attract supporters, and advance our mission.
