The DJ Museum Foundation is a Las Vegas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving DJ culture and providing hands-on music education to youth, adults, and underserved communities.

We are seeking an experienced fundraising and corporate sponsorship professional to help us develop a sustainable fundraising strategy, beginning with a ticketed DJ fundraising event with a goal of raising $5,000.

Our organization has a physical museum venue, DJ equipment, educational programs, and community relationships. However, we have limited staffing and financial resources to dedicate to fundraising development.

We are looking for a skilled volunteer who can help us identify potential sponsors, develop sponsorship opportunities, create effective fundraising materials, and establish a practical outreach strategy.

This project will help us expand educational programming, strengthen community partnerships, and build long-term financial sustainability.

By the end of this project, we would like the volunteer consultant to provide:

1. A realistic fundraising strategy for a ticketed DJ fundraising event with a $5,000 goal.
2. A corporate sponsorship package with suggested sponsorship levels and benefits.
3. A list of prospective corporate sponsors and community partners.
4. Sponsorship outreach email templates and donor solicitation materials.
5. A fundraising event budget and revenue projections.
6. A practical action plan with timelines and recommended next steps.

Ideally, the consultant will also provide guidance on approaching potential sponsors and developing relationships that can support the Foundation beyond this initial event.
