We need to complete our yearly tax submissions for this year, including required US federal filings and California state filings (RRF, SI-100, CTR, Form 199). In addition to completing the filings, we would like guidance on accounting improvements to make annual tax reporting and internal Board reporting easier.

In the past we have needed to complete the easier version of the forms, but due to higher donation levels, our reporting requirements have been elevated.

The due date was in August and an extension was submitted. This has been rejected as I was told it was not submitted in time. Therefore, there is no set due date, but we would like to submit as soon as possible.

We are looking for a volunteer with CPA expertise to prepare and file our returns and advise on accounting improvements. The volunteer will:
- Prepare and file our required US federal tax returns for this year.
- Prepare and file California state submissions for this year (RRF, SI-100, CTR, Form 199)
- Provide written guidance with prioritized recommendations to improve our accounting and reporting processes to facilitate future annual tax reporting and internal Board reporting.

To maintain a community garden in Fort Mason, promote interest in the larger community in gardening, and to beautify the neighborhood and provide an attraction for visitors to Fort Mason.
