My goal for this project is for a volunteer experienced in board development to provide coaching for each board member to help them transition to a working Board.

The volunteers will inspire each board member to actively share their expertise with the organization to strengthen the infrastructure to grow, thrive and establish the model for sustainability.

We will make available all information to how each board member has supported our organization; identify current skill sets to help each member determine their best fit.
