Grant Research Assistance
We are seeking a qualified individual to help us source, identify grants that are available to Healing Hero's Society within the next 12 months. Volunteer would be utilizing research skills and online databases to find grants. Finding grants for us to apply for is crucial for our charity to continue to grow in certain areas and allow our participants the opportunity to have their health outcomes and improvements to be counted as R&D. Grants can also help us pay for labour, supplies & equipment, operational costs. Looking for all grants available, including both Federal and Provincial in Canada for Veterans & First Responders.
Healing Hero's is seeking experienced grant researchers to help secure funding for our Veterans & First Responders Treatment Fellowship Programs. These holistic, peer-to-peer programs provide Veterans and active military personnel, with alternative healing modalities, somatic therapy, and a structured support network to address PTSD, substance abuse, and mental health challenges. A skilled volunteer will assist us in: - Identifying relevant grants and funding opportunities aligned with our mission. This is not just grant research, it’s a chance to support life-changing programs and offer hope and healing to those who have served our country. Your expertise in grant research will help us bring these life-changing programs to more Veterans and First Responers in need. Join us in making a real impact!
The grant funds will be directly allocated to organizing and expanding our therapeutic programs for Veterans and First Responders This project is vital to advancing Healing Hero's mission: to restore the well-being of Veterans and First Responders through immersive, therapeutic programs. By securing both Federal & Provincial funding through this grant, we will be able to provide holistic programs that include peer-to-peer support, somatic therapy, and alternative healing methods, specifically tailored for Veterans and First Responders coping with PTSD, substance abuse, and mental health challenges. The volunteer’s contribution will directly enable us to serve more veterans who are waiting for help. This is not just grant research, it’s a chance to support life-changing programs and offer hope and healing to those who have served our country.
