Graphic Design Support for Women Making an Impact Fundraising Campaign

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to help us create a cohesive and visually engaging set of digital assets for our Women Making an Impact Challenge, our signature fundraising campaign.

Specifically, we’d like the volunteer to create:
* 10–20 branded graphics for social media and email banners
* Assets that cover both the nomination period (Oct. 17 – Nov. 15) and the fundraising period for finalists (Nov. 30 – Dec. 9)
* Graphics that are aligned with our existing brand guidelines and past campaign style (we’ll provide a brand guide and sample assets)

We use Canva Pro, and we will provide access to our team account. The volunteer will not need to deliver exported files — we just need the editable Canva templates added to our shared workspace.

We’ll provide all the copy/messaging. We're seeking someone who can work independently with occasional check-ins over a few weeks to complete the design package. Your creative support will help us present a polished and professional campaign that raises critical funds for our programming and scholarships for high school girls.

At Nerdy Girl Success, our mission is to prepare and support young women, particularly those from underrepresented communities, as they explore careers, develop leadership skills, and become the next generation of bold decision-makers.

This project will directly support our Women Making an Impact Challenge, our most important fundraising initiative of the year. The funds raised through this campaign help us provide free programming, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities for high school girls in our leadership clubs.

By helping us create professional and engaging graphics, you’ll play a vital role in elevating the visibility of this campaign and ensuring its success. Your work will empower more women to participate in the challenge and amplify the stories of incredible women leaders, while generating the resources needed to support the next generation of changemakers.

We’re well-prepared to support a successful partnership and have already taken steps to ensure the project runs smoothly. This campaign has full support and buy-in from our Executive Director, who will be the volunteer’s primary point of contact and decision-maker. All key messaging and content for the graphics will be provided, and we have a comprehensive brand guide and examples of past campaign graphics to give clear creative direction.

We use Canva Pro and will provide access to our team account, allowing the volunteer to easily create and share designs. We’ve mapped out our campaign timeline and graphic needs, so we can provide clear deliverables and expectations from the start.

The graphics the volunteer creates will be immediately implemented across our social media platforms, email marketing, and promotional materials for this major fundraiser. Their work will play a direct role in helping us raise critical funds to keep our programming free for high school girls. We’re organized, responsive, and excited to collaborate with a skilled professional who can help bring this campaign to life.
