We have an idea for a new program our organization would like to start piloting. We would like to tap the assistance of someone with a background in the Collective Impact Model to help create a step-by-step plan for building, executing and evaluating the impact of this pilot. It is important that this person can also facilitate - and possibly be willing to facilitate this first pilot. The pilot area is in Eastern North Carolina.

Our program design partner would help us define the program activities and create a logic model that outlines the cause-and-effect relationships between program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes. We would also define the human and financial resources (budget) required to implement the program, along with any monitoring and evaluation mechanisms necessary to assess the effectiveness of the program.
We’re a small but mighty—and yes, fun—team driven by a big mission: to bring together people, organizations, and ideas to address the challenges and opportunities that stem from substance use disorder in our communities. As the Recovery Alliance Initiative, we serve as connectors, convenors, and boundary-spanners—we are trusted, and well positioned for a role as the neutral backbone organization that helps good work take root and thrive across sectors.

Right now, we’re conducting a nine-county assessment, with results to be reviewed alongside our leadership stakeholders on August 28. We anticipate that the conversation will lead to a request for us to facilitate a region-wide project — a role we’re uniquely positioned for, though our current capacity is limited. Still, our commitment remains clear: uniting the right people around the table to create lasting, collaborative solutions for healthier, stronger communities.
We understand that designing a new program is an iterative process and will commit to continuous learning, flexibility, and to providing direct, honest feedback. We view this program design process as a priority and will make all staff available along with information about our current programs and their beneficiaries.

We have prepared a cache of resources detailing our current programs and have already identified the need the new program will address, along with the target beneficiaries the program will reach.
