My goal is to connect with a skilled volunteer who can help us create a comprehensive volunteer manual for Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center. The manual will include information for both staff and volunteers, covering topics such as recruitment, budgeting, background checks and screening, insurance, training, onboarding, supervision, and recognition. It will address the needs of both short-term, event-based volunteers and long-term volunteers.

This will greatly increase our ability to serve our youth and families and enable us to more successfully recruit and recognize the work of our phenomenal volunteers.

We have some existing partners, outlines and research in place but need to ensure all details are considered, align the materials with our brand and plan scaffolded roll out.

I am ready and able to work closely with you to realize this project.
