A short-term UX engagement to diagnose conversion and onboarding pain points and redesign the Tribe Builder, our resource-request workflow. Deliverables include user flows, prioritized UX recommendations, low-fidelity wireframes for the profile creation and request flow, and an implementation-ready brief. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.

Improving conversion and the Tribe Builder workflow will help more community members share skills and participate in solution-building. Volunteers will enable better onboarding and resource-matching, increasing engagement with our nonpartisan storytelling platform and supporting grassroots teams to identify and act on humanitarian solutions.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, share current site flows and examples of user journeys, and provide access to resources required to support success. Details and analytics will be provided during onboarding so the volunteer can focus on actionable, prioritized UX changes that our team can implement.
