We are seeking a volunteer to develop a practical board development and engagement plan for the organization. The volunteer will clarify board roles related to fundraising and awareness, present strategies to convert members into a working board, and include suggested asks, meeting cadence, and follow-up actions. Specifics will be discussed with volunteers.
Stronger board engagement will increase fundraising and public awareness, enabling From Your Father to better support fatherless children and the single moms who care for them. The volunteer's work will help activate board members to be hands-on partners in serving families in need.
Our team will provide context about the current board and priorities, and we will collaborate with the volunteer to refine the plan. Volunteers will co-create actionable recommendations that the organization can present to the board and begin implementing.
