We are seeking a volunteer to conduct a concise SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) for the organization. The volunteer will develop prioritized recommendations and a short action outline to guide next steps. Specific scope, data sources, and participants will be defined with the volunteer during kickoff.

A focused SWOT will help sharpen strategy and resource allocation so the organization can better serve fatherless children and support single mothers. Volunteers’ work will directly inform improvements that enable the organization to be God’s hands and feet to these families.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will work collaboratively with the volunteer, provide organizational background and access to key stakeholders as agreed, and commit to reviewing and operationalizing the recommendations.
