A concise written assessment of current HR functions, policies, and processes with a prioritized set of practical recommendations for improvement. The volunteer will review provided materials, interview agreed staff, and deliver an executive summary and suggested next steps. Specific scope and timeline will be discussed with volunteers.

Strengthening HR systems will help attract, support, and retain compassionate staff so the organization can deliver consistent, high-quality care. Volunteer recommendations will directly support staff wellbeing and operational capacity, allowing the organization to better promote health and wellness for the communities we serve.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer by identifying key contacts and sharing available HR documents. Project leads will be available for interviews and will review draft recommendations. Details about materials and scheduling will be provided during the volunteer interview to set the work up for success.
