A volunteer CPA will review and prepare the organization's financial statements, assist with nonprofit tax filing, and provide practical guidance on nonprofit accounting practices and compliance. Specifics and required documents will be discussed during volunteer interviews.

Accurate financial statements and compliant tax filings will help NAFS sustain its film festival, screenings, conferences, and exchange programs. Volunteer support enables the organization to focus on promoting international film culture and expanding audience and artist exchanges.

Details will be provided during interviews. NAFS is committed to working closely with the volunteer, responding promptly to questions, and implementing recommended practices so the engagement can be completed within a limited pro bono timeframe.
