Our goal for this project is to develop a robust marketing plan to reach a target audience of values-driven women leaders in the workplace, those who identify as "only" or "double-only," and persuade them to enroll in a high-end membership program. The program provides emotional support and accountability grounded in mutual understanding and experience, helping participants maximize their positive personal, professional, and philanthropic impact.

The Wells International Foundation believes that the power to change the world lies in the hearts, minds, and hands of women. Through our Women’s Empowerment Strategic Focus Area, we facilitate the ability of professional women to maximize their influence and impact through clarity, authenticity, and aligned action. We focus on providing opportunities for these women to:
- Adopt the mindset and learn the skills they need to succeed professionally and personally
- Receive emotional and logistical support to bolster success
- Cultivate a culture of philanthropy

We have a clear vision of who we want to reach and we are fully invested in creating a successful program. We have defined offerings and powerful testimonials attesting to effectiveness. The next step is building awareness through compelling and consistent storytelling and creating a community of potential clients before enrollment opens.
