We are seeking a volunteer to review the current performance evaluation and provide concise, actionable recommendations and edits. The volunteer will map review items to the organization's workplan and produce an annotated review, a short recommendations memo, and a simple alignment checklist.

Aligning performance reviews with the workplan will help staff focus on priorities that advance CitySeed’s mission, improving program delivery, community and economic development, and sustainable local food systems. Volunteer guidance will strengthen staff capacity and program outcomes.

To support this work, we will provide the current performance review and workplan, assign a point of contact for questions, and share examples of past reviews. Our team will review recommendations and plan implementation with the volunteer.
