Creshendo seeks an experienced graphic designer to create impactful visuals for storytelling and program materials. Projects include:
• Social media graphics
• Educational materials (slide decks, PDFs, workshop content)
• Campaign visuals and branding elements
• Layouts for reports or impact statements

We’d love to see a portfolio of past work, especially in nonprofit, advocacy, or educational spaces. The ideal designer is collaborative, open to feedback, and thoughtful about how visuals communicate across cultures and contexts.
Creshendo’s work centers on dignity, visibility, and opportunity for migrants and displaced people. Strong design helps us share stories, teach curriculum, and communicate with funders and partners worldwide. These visuals will carry meaning and impact beyond aesthetics.
Support will be provided by our brand strategist and communications team. We already have brand colors, fonts, and style references. Clear briefs will be shared for each assignment and access will be given to our shared design folder on Canva or Figma (based on preferred tools).

We work with kindness, clarity, and good communication and we’re excited to bring on someone who enjoys being part of a creative, globally-minded team.
