Revenue Modeling and Diversification

We are looking for a skilled volunteer to help us explore and model a potential new revenue stream that aligns with our mission. Options may include developing a fee-for-service model, launching a social enterprise, client-run enterprise, or monetizing an existing program or service. The goal is to assess financial viability of this option and forecast its potential revenue over the next 1-3 years.

At the end of this engagement, the volunteer will deliver a planning brief that includes:
-Ideal consumer base
-Initial investment and start-up costs
-Running costs for administering the new venture
-Pricing options
-Estimated break-even point

The first stage of this project will involve brainstorming and presenting options based on similar models used by peer organizations. Following this, the volunteer will provide an in-depth evaluation and potential plan for implementation.

Volunteers power our mission across three pillars: Health, Education, and Sustainable Development. Time spend on this project will ensure communities get essential resources, leading to long-term empowerment and self-sufficiency.

To prepare for this project, we've done some initial brainstorming of potential service offerings that could generate revenue while advancing our mission and outlined our current cost structure and capacity. We will provide relevant program data, current funding sources, and preliminary research. Key team members will be available for context and feedback throughout the process.
