This project will refresh our website's visual design, add a new member page section, and update the podcast and newsletter areas so content is current and easy to find. Specifics such as platform, access, content sources, and priority pages will be provided during volunteer interviews.
An updated website will help TRIIBE better showcase young leaders, share podcasts and newsletters, and attract mentors, partners, and supporters. This will strengthen recruitment and ongoing support for young nonprofits in our cohorts as we help them achieve full-time careers.
We will provide further details during the project. Our team will collaborate, share context about the existing site, and review work iteratively so updates can be implemented smoothly and adopted by staff.

Organization Mission

The Problem Today, over 4,000 student-led nonprofits exist in the U.S., but nearly 80% fade within a year, often driven by college applications rather than long-term aspirations. After graduation, running a nonprofit grows harder, with less than 1% of funding reaching youth organizations. Our Mission To help 100 Sophomores scale their nonprofits throughout college, without burning out Our Vision A future in which committed nonprofit directors are in every graduating class Our Model College is a rare window of opportunity, a space before real-world pressures fully set in. That’s where TRIIBE comes in: personalized support for five sophomores each semester, affirming their path and sustaining their vision. We provide: - Funding: $5000 Cash prizes to scale impact - Mentorship: Guidance from experienced leaders to optimize strategies - Community: Opportunities to connect with other young changemakers
