About the Opportunity

We are hosting a virtual health fair for our WIN Healthy Horizons Project on January 21, 2027. We are currently recruiting our vendors, speakers, and sponsors and we're ready to begin outreach to drive ticket registration. We're seeking a pro bono consultant with expertise in email marketing campaign development and execution.

Our mission, with the Healthy Horizons Project, is to create a community where health, wellness, and prevention take center stage. We believe that empowering individuals and families to take control of their health is key to building a stronger, healthier community.

Over 12-weeks, the volunteer will build and launch a full email campaign for the event. They will develop a series of event promotion emails and automations covering announcement, push ticket registration (including early bird), spotlighting speakers and sponsors, and 24-48 hour reminders.

The campaign sequence will be in WiX, with configured automations so we can auto-deploy the emails. We have a branding kit that we will provide with our logo, color scheme, fonts, and mood board.

The volunteer will also provide recommendations for improving deliverability, open and click-through rates, so our team can apply these practices to future campaigns.
