We do not have standardized, documented procedures for event setup, management, and attendee engagement tracking. That inconsistency makes it harder for our team and volunteers to run events consistently and to maintain reliable engagement data as we scale Women Into Networking's community programming.
We are looking for a volunteer with Operations Management and process documentation experience to lead a 12-week review and create event SOP materials. The volunteer will:- Assess our current event workflows and existing documentation and summarize gaps or inconsistent practices.- Produce a comprehensive, 6-page Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) guide that defines operational protocols for event setup, on-site/virtual management, attendee engagement tracking, and post-event follow-up.- Provide an excerpt summarizing these SOP guidelines formatted for inclusion in our organization’s official handbook.
