Our goal is to collaborate with a skilled strategist to design a comprehensive recruitment and onboarding framework for our founding Advisory Board. We need a clear recruitment timeline, standardized outreach templates, and a structured onboarding guide. This deliverable will help us systematically target, interview, and integrate executive-level professionals in the US.

By establishing a structured recruitment strategy, we will be able to successfully onboard top-tier US leaders who can unlock vital funding, corporate CSR opportunities, and legal guidance. This capacity-building initiative directly accelerates our core mission: providing cross-border technology training and remote internships to transform underserved and rural youth into global digital leaders.

We have fully aligned our internal leadership team to provide timely feedback and collaborate closely with the volunteer. Our organizational mission is clearly mapped out, our official website is live, and we have drafted a list of ideal candidate profiles and skill gaps we want to fill.
