About the Opportunity

A draft marketing plan and a concise, prioritized action plan for the first steps to launch it. The volunteer will collaborate with our team to clarify goals, target audiences, channels, and an initial set of activities; specifics will be defined during interviews.

This project will strengthen AfCoFo’s outreach so more African immigrants discover workforce, entrepreneurship, education, and economic mobility opportunities. Volunteers’ strategic guidance will help the organization reach partners and community members more effectively and accelerate access to jobs and resources.

Success means a clear, usable marketing plan and a short, prioritized implementation checklist our team can follow. We will work closely with the volunteer, provide context and available materials, and agree timelines and responsibilities during the engagement.
